This skimmer has a sturdy perforated blade and is the perfect size to keep the contents of your pot or pan under control! The long handle helps to keep your hand at a safe distance from the heat source while the perforation pattern in the skimmer ensures you can easily ‘fish out’ or drain. An extra advantage is the hanging loop in the handle, which allows you to easily hang the skimmer on a rack to keep it within easy reach.
