Shipping and Delivery
How much are the shipping costs?
KISS consulting BV - downdraft chef only ships packages to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy. The standard shipping cost for a package up to 30kg is 8 euros.
Do you spend more than 50 euros in our webshop? Then the shipping costs are completely free!
However, if you return products and your initial purchase amount drops below 50€, a transport cost will be charged. This will be deducted from the refund amount or you will receive an additional invoice.
When can I expect my order?
If your order is fully in stock, you can expect it within five working days. All orders placed during the weekend will be processed the next working day.
Can I track my order?
Each package is labeled with a unique track & trace code that allows you to track the order. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with the correct track & trace code. With this code, you can track the order from A to Z.

Who will deliver my order?
For shipping, we work with GLS. Fast and reliable: this is how you want to receive your package. And this is exactly how GLS wants to deliver packages. All shipments with GLS are provided with a unique track & trace code so you can track the delivery yourself.
What if I am not home during the delivery of my package?
No problem! If you are not home during the first delivery attempt, the GLS courier will ask one of your neighbors to accept the package. If this is not possible, the courier will leave a 'Not Home Notice' and/or you will receive an email, and the courier will take the package back to the distribution center. With the 'Not Home Notice', you can choose from several delivery options for a second delivery attempt via our website or our Customer Service. If the courier does not find you at home again during the second delivery attempt, you can only pick up the package at a GLS ParcelShop.
What should I do if my package is damaged or contains the wrong product?
Hidden or invisible damage means that the damage to the delivered goods was not noticeable before opening the packaging. What should you do?
- a) In case something went wrong with your order, contact us via our contact form. If possible, keep your order number handy. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
- b) The damaged goods must be kept in their original packaging until after the regularization of the damage claim. This is necessary because the courier service may collect the damaged goods for inspection from the recipient.
