Returns and Cancellations
How can I return my order?
Are you not satisfied with your order? Then you can withdraw your order within 14 days and return the package to us. Contact us via the contact form and we will gladly guide you through the return process.
What are the conditions for returning my order?
The returned item must be complete; in the original condition and with the packaging intact. This means: the product is not used; the product is not damaged and shows no signs of use; the packaging is complete and undamaged.
The costs for this return shipment are at your own expense. If something went wrong with the delivery of your item, or if you received a wrong or defective item, the return costs will be on us, of course.
How do I know if my return has been accepted?
We will send you a return confirmation by email when we receive your return. We will then check the products and confirm when the return is accepted.
When can I expect my refund?
Once you have received the return confirmation via email, it will take a maximum of 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
Can I still cancel my order?
Placing a wrong order can happen, we understand. We are happy to help you solve this. If you want to change or cancel the order, you can. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Please note that once your order has left our warehouse, we can no longer make any changes.
