This Japanese-style Santoku knife is a true all-rounder in your knife set. It is lighter than a regular chef's knife, allowing you to cut and chop faster. The wider blade can also be used to crush garlic and scoop up chopped ingredients. The black handle fits seamlessly with the blade, leaving no food residue in small gaps. The high-quality stainless steel blade features a PFAS-free ceramic non-stick coating, so food doesn't stick to the knife while cutting.
